These terms cover your use of the FlipSwitch app and this website. By downloading or using FlipSwitch, you agree to them.

The app

FlipSwitch gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for as long as your subscription is active. You agree not to reverse engineer the app, resell access to it, or use it for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions and payment

Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely through the Apple App Store, under Apple's own terms and billing system. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes go through Apple, not us directly, since we never receive your payment details.

Service availability

We aim for FlipSwitch to be available and fast, but like any network service, we can't guarantee zero downtime or a specific connection speed at all times.

Termination

You can stop using FlipSwitch and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.

No warranty

FlipSwitch is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlipSwitch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
